'Holding Cell' Devlog: Camera & Yellow Line

Added a couple of new things.
1) Camera movement. The Camera follows where the player goes, but only in one direction (Y).
2) The Yellow Line.
There is a Yellow Line in the holding cell that you are not allowed to cross; if you do, Tim immediately walks back behind the line. And for not even a second, lose your movement.
I also plan that if you cross the yellow line too many times, you will be punished for breaking the rules. Later in the planned development, I'm considering adding a guard who will warn you about crossing the line.
