Added a Guard to go with the Yellow Line mechanic
When Tim crosses the line, the Guard quickly appears in front of Tim and tells him to stay back on the line. With different lines based on RNG.
There are also warning levels, each with its own set of dialogue that makes the guard more aggressive when you cross the line too many times.
So far, it's just up to 2 warning levels. I plan for 4 levels. Level 3 and 4 will be for a later point and will serve as a contingency for players who decide to cross the line and annoy the guard constantly.
