'Holding Cell' Devlog: Tasks (and other stuff)


Project Smile Development Log:

With the GMTK game jam done and over with, I can get back to doing Project Smile.

I've done quite a lot, so here are some notes of my progress so far:

- Added Egbert into the scene.

- Added a way to trade items. Willford is willing to trade his comic book in exchange for your comic book; you just have to show him the history book to trigger it.

- Added Tasks: Lilith has a task for you to do, you can accept or decline it.

- Have a way to move the camera to show points of interest.

- And as a bonus, brought up 'Outcome Notification' which I used for Rebecca's Origins, this time it also shows indications more than just branching, it also shows how the character feels about you, if you accepted a task or if you traded an item with someone.
