Good news, I am happy to announce the release date of CiDR2’s Chapter 1 Deadly Life Release Date!

Here’s what the Deadly Life Update will have:

Investigation Time!

In this update, the story expands to the investigation of the first murder case of the Killing School Survival, where you can gather clues, get testimonies from other students, and try to solve the case!

While collecting Truth Buttons, you can also view them in the 'Case File' feature in the pause menu. At the start of the investigation, the Truth Buttons are locked and everytime you collect them, they appear in the case file. This can also help you keep track of what you still need to collect, and you can view them to try to put the puzzle pieces together.

Chapter Selection

Tired of going through the entire Prologue just to get to something new?

I am happy to announce that in this update, there is a ‘Chapter Selection’ feature on the main menu, this feature will allow you to jump ahead to a certain part of the story.

So far, there is only two jumping points, Chapter 1: Daily Life and Chapter 1: Deadly Life (Prologue is not in Chapter Selection, since that is in New Game)

5 new Gift Items!

As mentioned in the Free Time Hotfix Update, future updates will include more items to include in the gumball machine and can be used as gift to give to classmates.

In this new update, there will be 5 new gift items, all of them having the same theme, beverages!

These items appear in the video version of Chapter 1: Daily Life and now you can collect them.

Special Guest

And lastly I am happy to announce that CiDR2 has a special guest that will appear at the end of Deadly Life and before the upcoming Trial.

Once again, the Chapter 1: Deadly Life Update will release on July 20th, once the update comes out, I will start development for Chapter 1: Trial.
